• Antique and vintage items are products to be enjoyed for their age-related changes. They generally have scratches and dirt from previous use.
• Regarding band size adjustment, we offer free link removal services only. We cannot accept claims related to scratches from adjustment or incorrect sizing, so please be aware of this. Furthermore, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If personal information (previous owner) is listed on the guarantee, it has been processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Coverage＞

• We will repair or adjust free of charge any functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use conditions.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather straps, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repairs.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, the manufacturer recommends replacing exterior parts or performing maintenance beyond basic maintenance, this will not be covered by our warranty.

• For 1-month warranties, as repairs cannot be performed, a return and refund will be offered.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products that come with no warranty whatsoever.
