  • Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for the changes they undergo with age. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
  • Band size adjustments are offered as a free service only for link removal. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or incorrect sizing. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
  • If personal information (previous owner) is listed on the guarantee, it will be processed to be unreadable.

About Watch Warranty

Warranty Details

  • We will repair or adjust functional defects (natural breakdowns) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
  • The warranty covers only the mechanical part (movement).
  • Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
  • For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
  • For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repairs.
  • After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
  • The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
  • If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

  • Breakdowns or damage caused by incorrect customer use or dropping.
  • Damage to consumable materials or parts that require replacement.
  • Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear on cases, glass, and bracelets, and discoloration of dials.
  • Breakdowns and damage caused by natural disasters, fires, or geological changes.
  • Breakdowns or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed elsewhere.

  • 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
  • For the 1-month warranty, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be issued.
  • Accuracy and external parts such as cases, belts, crystals, and crowns, and their failures or damage, are not covered by the warranty.
  • No Warranty: Products that come with no warranty whatsoever.
