【Watch Warranty】

＜Warranty Details＞

  • We will repair or adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal usage conditions free of charge.
  • The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
  • Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
  • For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
  • When repairing antique or vintage watches, substitute parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
  • After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
  • The warranty is valid only for delivery and use within Japan.
  • If you ask the manufacturer for maintenance after purchase, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.
●In the following cases, charges will apply even within the warranty period:
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect use or drops by the customer.
  • When consumable parts or materials are damaged and require replacement.
  • Changes in appearance during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or geological changes.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

●Warranty Period
  • 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
  • For the 1-month warranty, repair service is not available, so returns and refunds will be processed.
  • Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
  • No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
