  • Even for new, unused items, leather or synthetic leather products may have pressure marks or kinks from storage, but this is not a product defect.
  • Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
  • Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for the changes they undergo with age. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
  • Regarding band size adjustment, we offer a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches due to adjustment or size discrepancies. Also, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
  • If the guarantee contains personal information (of the previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

About Watch Warranty:

  • We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use free of charge.
  • The warranty covers only the mechanical part (movement).
  • Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
  • For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
  • For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
  • After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
  • The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
  • If a manufacturer recommends replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance when you request maintenance after purchase, it is outside the scope of our warranty.

  • Damage to consumable parts or components requiring replacement.
  • Changes in appearance during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
  • Breakdown or damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or earthquakes.
  • Breakdown or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

  • 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
  • For the 1-month warranty, repairs are not available, so returns and refunds will be processed.
  • Accuracy and damage or defects to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
  • No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
