• Even for new, unused items, leather or synthetic leather products may develop press marks or creases during storage, but this is not a product defect.
• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They typically have scratches and stains from use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustments or size discrepancies. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (of a previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Details

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal usage conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers the mechanical parts (movement) only.
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For items that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
• When repairing antique or vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this will be outside the scope of our warranty.

Covered Products

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranties, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be issued.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
