  • Even for new, unused leather or synthetic leather products, indentations or creases may occur during storage, but this is not a product defect.
  • Used items may have damage not fully captured in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
  • Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They typically have scratches and dirt from use.
  • For band size adjustments, we offer a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustments or incorrect sizing. Also, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
  • If a guarantee contains personal information (of a previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

About Watch Warranty

Warranty Coverage

  • We will repair/adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal usage conditions free of charge.
  • The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
  • Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
  • For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
  • For antique and vintage watches, replacement parts, not genuine parts, may be used during repair.
  • After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
  • The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
  • If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.
● The following cases will be subject to a charge even within the warranty period:
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect customer use or dropping.
  • When consumable materials or parts are damaged and require replacement.
  • Changes in appearance during use, such as scratches, wear, or discoloration of the case, glass, bracelet, or dial.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by natural disasters, fires, or geological changes.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

● Warranty Period
  • 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
  • For 1-month warranties, as repairs are not possible, a return/refund will be issued.
  • Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
  • No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
