Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They typically have scratches and dirt from use.
For band size adjustments, we offer a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or incorrect sizing. Also, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
If the guarantee includes personal information (of the previous owner), we have processed it to be unreadable.

About Watch Warranty

We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
The warranty covers only the mechanical part (movement).
Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
After purchase, if you request maintenance from the manufacturer, you may be advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside of our warranty.

●In the following cases, a fee will be charged even during the warranty period:

Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect use or dropping by the customer.
When consumable materials or parts are damaged and require replacement.
Changes in appearance during use, such as scratches or wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
Malfunctions and damage caused by natural disasters, fires, geological changes, etc.
Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
For 1-month warranties, we cannot offer repairs, so returns and refunds will be issued.
Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
