• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for removing links. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches due to adjustments or size differences. Also, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.

＜Warranty Coverage＞

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• The case, glass, bracelet, leather strap, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repairs.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be recommended to replace external parts other than basic maintenance, but this will not be covered by our warranty.

• For products with a 1-month warranty, repairs are not possible, so a return and refund will be processed.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to external parts such as the case, strap, crystal, crown, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products that come with no warranty whatsoever.
