  • Even for new, unused items made of leather or synthetic leather, impressions or creases may occur during storage. This is not considered a product defect.
  • Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not explicitly mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
  • Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for the changes they undergo over time. They typically have scratches and dirt from previous use.
  • For band size adjustments, we offer a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches that occur during adjustment or incorrect sizing. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
  • If personal information (previous owner) is listed on the guarantee, it has been processed to be unreadable.

About Watch Warranty

Warranty Coverage

  • We will repair or adjust free of charge any functional defects (natural breakdown) that occur under normal use conditions.
  • The warranty covers the mechanical parts (movement) only.
  • Cases, glass, bracelets, leather straps, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
  • For items that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
  • For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts, rather than genuine parts, may be used during repair.
  • After the warranty period, repairs will be carried out at a charge.
  • The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
  • If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance. This is outside the scope of our warranty.
●The following cases will be subject to a charge even within the warranty period:
  • Breakdowns or damage caused by incorrect use by the customer or dropping the item.
  • When consumable materials or parts are damaged and require replacement.
  • Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches on the case, glass, or bracelet, wear and tear, or discoloration of the dial.
  • Breakdowns or damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or earthquakes.
  • Breakdowns or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

  • 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
  • For the 1-month warranty, as repairs cannot be accommodated, a return and refund will be offered.
  • Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, strap, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
  • No warranty: Products for which no warranty is provided.
