[About Watch Warranty]

We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural breakdowns) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
The case, glass, bracelet, leather band, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer and they recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, this will not be covered by our warranty.

Breakdowns or damage due to incorrect use by the customer or dropping the item.
Damage to consumable parts or components requiring replacement.

Breakdowns or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.
