• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They typically show scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or incorrect sizing. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee includes personal information (of the previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Details

• Functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions will be repaired or adjusted free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this will not be covered by our warranty.

• Damage to consumable materials or parts requiring replacement.

Covered Products

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, since repairs are not possible, a return and refund will be provided.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
