• Antique and vintage items are products to enjoy the changes that come with age. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we only offer free link removal services. We cannot accept claims related to scratches resulting from adjustments or size discrepancies, so please be aware. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee includes personal information (previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Details

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal usage conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repairs.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be carried out for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• After purchase, if you request maintenance from the manufacturer, you may be advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

Warranty Eligible Products

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For a 1-month warranty, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be offered.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
