  • Even for new and unused items, leather and synthetic leather products may develop indentations or creases during storage, but this is not a product defect.

  • Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
  • For band size adjustments, we offer a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches that occur during adjustment or incorrect sizing. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
  • If the guarantee contains personal information (of the previous owner), it will be processed to be unreadable.

About Watch Warranty

Warranty Details

  • We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
  • The warranty covers only the mechanical movement.
  • The case, glass, bracelet, and leather strap are not covered by the warranty.
  • For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered instead.
  • When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
  • After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
  • The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
  • If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is not covered by our warranty.

  • Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect customer use or dropping the item.
  • Damage to consumable materials or parts that require replacement.
  • Changes in appearance due to use, such as scratches on the case, glass, or bracelet, wear and tear, or discoloration of the dial.
  • Malfunctions and damage caused by natural disasters, fires, or geological changes.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

● Warranty Period
  • 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
  • For products with a 1-month warranty, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be provided.
  • Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
  • No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
