• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. Please understand that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or size discrepancies. Also, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.

＜Warranty Details＞

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• The case, glass, bracelet, leather band, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is only valid for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer, you may be advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this will be outside the scope of our warranty.

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, as repairs cannot be accommodated, returns and refunds will be processed.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products that come with no warranty whatsoever.
