About Watch Warranty

We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
The warranty covers the mechanical part (movement) only.
The case, glass, bracelet, leather strap, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this will be outside the scope of our warranty.

●The following cases will be subject to a charge even within the warranty period:

Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect use or dropping by the customer.
When consumable materials or parts are damaged and require replacement.
Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
Malfunctions and damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or geological changes.
Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

●Warranty Period

1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
For products with a 1-month warranty, repair service is not available, and a return/refund will be issued.
Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, strap, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
