• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their age-related changes. They typically have scratches and dirt from previous use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims for scratches caused during adjustment or for incorrect sizing. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (of the previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Coverage＞

• We will repair or adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions, free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical movement.
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer and they recommend exterior part replacement or other services beyond basic maintenance, these will not be covered by our warranty.

• Damage to consumables or worn parts requiring replacement.

＜Eligible Warranty Products＞

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranties, repair service is not available, and a return/refund will be issued.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
