• Even for new, unused items, leather or synthetic leather products may show pressure marks or kinks from storage, but this is not a product defect.
• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not listed in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for the changes they undergo over time. They typically have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or incorrect sizing. Also, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Contents:

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• The case, glass, bracelet, leather band, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts, not genuine parts, may be used during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be recommended to replace external parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

Eligible Products:

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, repair is not possible, so it will be handled as a return or refund.
• Accuracy and damage or malfunctions of external parts such as the case, belt, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
