• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned about this, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their age-related changes. They typically have scratches and dirt from previous use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches or incorrect sizing resulting from the adjustment. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (of the previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Details:

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer, and they recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, these replacements will not be covered by our warranty.

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For products with a 1-month warranty, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be issued.
• Malfunctions or damage to accuracy, and exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, or crown, are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
