• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They typically have scratches and dirt from use.
• Band size adjustment is offered as a free service only for link removal. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or size discrepancies. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If personal information (previous owner) is listed on the guarantee, it will be processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Details

• Functional defects (natural failure) that occur under normal use will be repaired and adjusted free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather straps, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

• Damage to consumable materials or parts that require replacement.

Covered Products

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, since repair is not possible, a return and refund will be offered.
• Accuracy and failures or damage to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
