Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for the changes they undergo over time. They typically have scratches and dirt from use.
For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or incorrect sizing. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
If the guarantee contains personal information (of the previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

About Watch Warranty

We will repair or adjust free of charge any functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal usage conditions.
The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
Cases, glass, bracelets, leather straps, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts, rather than genuine parts, may be used during repair.
After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer, and they recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, this will not be covered by our warranty.

Breakdowns or damage caused by the customer's incorrect use or dropping.
Damage to consumable parts or components requiring replacement.
Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
Breakdowns or damage caused by natural disasters, fires, or seismic activity.
Breakdowns or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
For the 1-month warranty, as repair is not possible, a return and refund will be offered.
Accuracy and failures or damage to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, crown, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
