  • Antique and vintage items are products to be enjoyed for their age-related changes. They typically have scratches and dirt from use.
  • Regarding band size adjustment, we offer free link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or size discrepancies. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
  • If the guarantee contains personal information (previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

[About Watch Warranty]

＜Warranty Details＞

  • Functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use will be repaired or adjusted free of charge.
  • The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
  • Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
  • For products difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
  • For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
  • After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
  • The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
  • If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer and they recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, these will not be covered by our warranty.

  • Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect customer use or dropping.
  • Damage to consumable materials or parts requiring replacement.
  • Changes in appearance during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or earthquakes.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

●Warranty Period
  • 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
  • For the 1-month warranty, as repairs are not possible, a return and refund will be processed.
  • Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
  • No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
