• We will repair and adjust functional malfunctions (natural breakdowns) that occur under normal use conditions, free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• The case, crystal, bracelet, leather band, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, we may offer a refund.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• After purchase, if you request maintenance from the manufacturer, you may be recommended to replace external parts other than basic maintenance, but this will be outside the scope of our warranty.

• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
