• For band size adjustments, we offer free service only for link removal. Please understand that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches incurred during adjustment or incorrect sizing. Furthermore, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If personal information (previous owner) is present on the guarantee, it will be processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Coverage＞

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural breakdowns) free of charge under normal use conditions.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• The case, crystal, bracelet, and leather strap are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, substitute parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, which will not be covered by our warranty.

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, as repairs are not possible, returns and refunds will be processed.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, strap, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
