• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from previous use.
• Band size adjustments are offered as a free service only for link removal. We cannot accept claims regarding scratches that occur during adjustment or incorrect sizing, so please be aware of this. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (of the previous owner), it will be processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Details＞

• We will repair and adjust any functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered instead.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be carried out at a charge.
• The warranty is only valid for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranties, as repairs are not possible, a return and refund will be offered.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No Warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
