• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not mentioned in the description; customers who are particularly concerned should refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for the changes they undergo over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• Regarding band size adjustment, we offer only link removal free of charge. We cannot accept claims related to scratches resulting from adjustment or size differences, so please be aware. Also, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (of the previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, and leather bands are not covered by the warranty.
• For items that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repairs.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If a manufacturer recommends replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance when you request maintenance after purchase, it will not be covered by our warranty.

• For 1-month warranties, repair is not possible, so returns and refunds will be processed.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
