＜Warranty Details＞

• We will repair or adjust any functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal usage conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• The case, glass, bracelet, leather band, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• When repairing antique or vintage watches, substitute parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is only valid for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

• For the 1-month warranty, as repairs cannot be performed, a return and refund will be issued.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, crown, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products that do not come with any warranty.
