• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their age-related changes. They typically have scratches and dirt from previous use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches or size discrepancies resulting from the adjustment. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (of the previous owner), it has been processed to be illegible.

＜Warranty Coverage＞

• Functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use conditions will be repaired or adjusted free of charge.
• The warranty covers the mechanical parts (movement) only.
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts, rather than genuine parts, may be used during repairs.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this will be outside the scope of our warranty.

• No warranty: Products that do not come with any warranty.
