• Even for new, unused items, leather or synthetic leather products may develop indentations or kinks during storage, but this is not considered a product defect.
• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully visible in images or not mentioned in the description; customers who are particularly concerned about such details should refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we only offer free link removal. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or size discrepancies. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee includes personal information (of the previous owner), it will be processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Details

• We will repair or adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, crystals, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts rather than genuine parts may be used during repairs.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranties, repairs are not possible, so returns and refunds will be processed.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products without any warranty.
