  • Even new and unused leather or synthetic leather products may develop pressure marks or creases during storage; this does not constitute a product defect.

【About the Watch Warranty】

＜Warranty Details＞

  • We will repair or adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal conditions of use free of charge.
  • The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
  • The case, crystal, bracelet, leather band, and similar components are not covered by the warranty.
  • For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be provided.
  • When repairing antique or vintage watches, replacement parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
  • After the warranty period expires, we will accept repairs for a fee.
  • The warranty is valid only for delivery to and use within Japan.
  • After purchase, when you request maintenance from the manufacturer, you may be advised to replace exterior parts or make other repairs beyond basic maintenance; these are not covered by our warranty.
●The following cases will be subject to charges even during the warranty period.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by improper use, dropping, or similar actions by the customer.
  • If consumable materials or parts are damaged and require replacement.
  • Changes in appearance occurring during use, such as scratches or wear on the case, crystal, or bracelet, and discoloration of the dial.
  • Malfunctions and damage caused by natural disasters, fires, geological events, or similar circumstances.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or disassembly cleaning (overhauls) performed by someone other than our store.

＜Products Covered by the Warranty＞

●Warranty period
  • 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
  • As repairs cannot be provided under the one-month warranty, returns and refunds will be offered instead.
  • Accuracy, as well as malfunctions or damage to exterior components such as the case, band, crystal, and crown, is not covered by the warranty.
  • No warranty: Products that come with no warranty whatsoever.
