【About Watch Warranty】

＜Warranty Coverage＞

  • We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal usage conditions free of charge.
  • The warranty covers only the mechanical part (movement).
  • Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
  • For products difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
  • When repairing antique/vintage watches, replacement parts, not genuine parts, may be used.
  • After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
  • The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
  • If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside our warranty coverage.
●In the following cases, charges will apply even within the warranty period:
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect use by the customer or dropping the item.
  • When consumable materials or parts are damaged and require replacement.
  • Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by natural disasters, fires, or seismic events.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by repair or overhaul performed outside of our store.

●Warranty Period
  • 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
  • For 1-month warranties, repair is not possible, so returns/refunds will be issued.
  • Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, crown, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
  • No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
