• Used items may have damage not visible in the images or not described, so please refrain from ordering if you are particularly concerned.
• Antique and vintage items are products to enjoy the changes due to aging. Basically, there are scratches and dirt from use.
• Band size adjustments are only free for link removal. We cannot accept claims regarding scratches from adjustments or incorrect sizes. Also, adding links or punching holes in leather bands cannot be accepted.
• If personal information (previous owner) is recorded on the guarantee, it is processed to be unreadable.

• Functional defects (natural failures) occurring under normal usage conditions will be repaired or adjusted free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc. are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be provided.
• Antique and vintage watches may use substitute parts instead of genuine parts during repairs.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery and use within Japan.
• After purchase, when requesting maintenance from the manufacturer, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is not covered by our warranty.

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, repairs cannot be performed, so returns and refunds will be handled.
• Accuracy and failures or damages to exterior parts such as case, belt, crystal, crown, etc. are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products that come with no warranty at all.
