• Even for new, unused items, leather and synthetic leather products may develop pressure marks or kinks during storage, but this is not a product defect.
• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for the changes they undergo over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, only link removal is offered as a free service. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches due to adjustment or size differences. Additionally, adding links or punching holes in leather straps is not possible.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (of the previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Coverage

• Functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use conditions will be repaired or adjusted free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For items difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts, rather than genuine parts, may be used during repairs.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• After purchase, if the manufacturer recommends replacing exterior parts beyond basic maintenance when you request maintenance, such replacements are outside the scope of our warranty.

• Damage to consumable parts and components requiring replacement.

Covered Products

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranties, as repairs are not possible, a return and refund will be issued.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
