For your very first purchase, we recommend placing a standard retail order without any volume commitments. This allows you to verify our quality before stepping up to larger wholesale orders.

How do I place a wholesale order and pay?

Please add the items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Select "Bank Transfer" as your payment method. No payment is required at this stage. Your dedicated manager will then contact you via WhatsApp to finalize the details and ensure everything meets your expectations before sending an official invoice.

Why can't I check out from the Dealer Catalog?

To protect our VIP pricing and ensure dealer quality, the ordering function is restricted to verified partners. Please complete a retail test purchase first to verify our service standards.

Where do you ship from and what carriers do you use?

All orders are shipped exclusively from our Tokyo warehouse, Japan. We use fully insured express shipping via UPS or DHL. Most orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment.

How do you handle post-sales support?

While B2B sales are "As-is" (no overhaul warranty), we provide sincere support. We share high-res videos before payment and remain fully available via WhatsApp for troubleshooting after delivery.
