TS TRADING offers a "Mail-In Appraisal & Trade-In" service accessible from anywhere in Japan. As an online-focused business without physical stores, we can offer high appraisal values. When purchasing a new item, you can trade in your existing item and smartly upgrade by only paying the difference.
Service Flow
Application / Preliminary Appraisal
Please send photos of your item (overall, detailed, accessories, etc.), along with the model name and condition, via LINE, email, or the form below.
Notification of Estimated Appraisal Value
Based on the photos and information you sent, our representative will promptly contact you with an estimated appraisal value.
Item Shipment (Cash on Delivery)
If you are satisfied with the estimated value, please send the item to our designated address via "cash on delivery" (shipping costs covered by us). Please pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
Final Appraisal & Confirmation of Final Amount
Upon arrival of the item, our specialist staff will conduct a detailed check (final appraisal) of its condition and functionality, and then inform you of the final purchase/trade-in amount.
Bank Transfer & Transaction Completion
Once the final amount is confirmed through the final appraisal, we will inform you before initiating the bank transfer.
🪪 Identity Verification via eKYC: For first-time customers, we request online identity verification (eKYC) completed via smartphone before transfer. We will send you a dedicated link, so please follow the instructions. This is not required for subsequent transactions.
Upon your agreement and completion of identity verification, we will promptly transfer the payment to the bank account you provided earlier.
※ If you opt for trade-in, you will settle the "difference" with the price of the item you are purchasing. If the appraisal value is higher, we will transfer the difference to you; if it's lower, you will pay the deficit.
⚠ Please Read Carefully (Notes)
- Return of Item if Purchase Not Finalized: If the final appraisal does not meet your desired price and the purchase is canceled, or if the item does not meet our standards for purchase, the item will be returned to you via "cash on delivery (customer's expense)." Please be aware of this in advance.
- The name on the copy of your identification and the bank account for transfer must match exactly.
- Personal information and copies of identification provided will be strictly stored only as transaction records based on the Secondhand Articles Dealer Act and will not be used for any other purpose.
