＜Warranty Coverage＞

  • Functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions will be repaired or adjusted free of charge.
  • The warranty covers the mechanical parts (movement) only.
  • Cases, crystals, bracelets, leather straps, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
  • For items that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered instead.
  • For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts rather than genuine parts may be used during repair.
  • After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
  • The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
  • If a manufacturer recommends exterior parts replacement other than basic maintenance when you request maintenance after purchase, it will not be covered by our warranty.

  • Malfunctions or damages caused by incorrect use by the customer or dropping the item.
  • When consumable parts or materials are damaged and require replacement.
  • Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, crystal, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
  • Malfunctions and damages caused by natural disasters, fires, or seismic events.
  • Malfunctions or damages caused by repairs or overhauls performed by a party other than our store.
