• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer free link removal services only. Please understand that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or incorrect sizing. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee includes personal information (of a previous owner), we have processed it to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Details＞

• We will repair and adjust functional malfunctions (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, crystals, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be handled for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

• Damage to consumable materials or parts requiring replacement.

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• 1-month warranty items cannot be repaired, and will instead be handled with a return and refund.
• Failures or damages to external components such as accuracy, case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No Warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
