• Antique and vintage items are products where you can enjoy the changes that come with age. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• Regarding band size adjustment, we only offer free link removal. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches or size differences resulting from the adjustment. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

＜About Warranty Coverage＞

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal usage conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• The case, crystal, bracelet, leather band, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be handled for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranties, repairs are not possible, so returns and refunds will be processed.
• Accuracy and failures or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, crown, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
