As a long-established trading company celebrating its 60th anniversary, we deliver carefully selected luxury watches from around the world to our customers.

As a company that deals in luxury goods, what we value most is "being an absolute professional in appraising and managing the quality of luxury watches." We pride ourselves on this, believing it to be the proof of the trust we have received from our customers over many years.

However, to our embarrassment, having continued to do business meticulously in an analog fashion for many years, we were "a complete group of amateurs" when it came to backend systems and the latest IT tools.

Currently, these staff members, with zero IT knowledge, are struggling painstakingly with unfamiliar, cutting-edge AI to digitalize our internal systems (DX) on a daily basis, handcrafting solutions to provide even smoother and more reliable services (such as offering fair prices and prompt responses) to our customers.

To that end, we have launched "TS Trading Official Note" to share our real struggles behind the sophisticated e-commerce site, as we bumble along.
