• Antique and vintage items are products where you can enjoy the changes that come with age. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• Band size adjustment is offered as a free service only for link removal. We cannot accept claims regarding scratches that occur during adjustment or incorrect sizing. Furthermore, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If a guarantee includes personal information (previous owner), we have processed it to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Details＞

• Functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal usage conditions will be repaired/adjusted free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather straps, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts, rather than genuine parts, may be used during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• The 1-month warranty does not cover repairs, so returns and refunds will be processed.
• Accuracy and faults or damage to exterior parts such as the case, strap, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
