• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully visible in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned about this, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for removing links. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches that occur during adjustment or incorrect sizing. Also, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (of the previous owner), it will be processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Details＞

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• The case, glass, bracelet, and leather strap are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranties, repair is not possible, so returns and refunds will be processed.
• Damage or malfunctions of exterior parts such as accuracy, case, belt, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
