• Pre-owned items may have damage not visible in the images or not mentioned in the description; customers who are particularly concerned are advised to refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustment, we offer a free service only for link removal. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or incorrect sizing. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (of the previous owner), it will be processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Details:

• We will repair or adjust functional malfunctions (natural breakdowns) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical movement.
• The case, glass, bracelet, and leather strap are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• When repairing antique or vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be subject to a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If the manufacturer recommends replacing exterior parts or other services beyond basic maintenance after purchase, such services are not covered by our warranty.

Eligible Warranty Products:

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, since repair is not possible, a return and refund will be offered.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
