• Even if products are new and unused, leather and synthetic leather items may develop indentations or creases during storage, but this is not a product defect.
• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for the changes they undergo over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. We cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustments or size discrepancies, so please be aware of this. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (previous owner's), we have processed it to be unreadable.

Warranty Details

• We will repair or adjust free of charge any functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal usage conditions.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• The case, glass, bracelet, and leather strap are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be carried out for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

Eligible Products for Warranty

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, repairs are not possible, so we will offer a return and refund.
• Accuracy and external parts such as the case, band, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty for malfunction or damage.
• No Warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
