• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned about this, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their age-related changes. They typically have scratches and dirt from previous use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches due to adjustment or size discrepancies. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (of the previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Coverage＞

• Functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions will be repaired or adjusted free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• The case, crystal, bracelet, and leather strap are not covered by the warranty.
• For items that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered instead.
• For antique and vintage watches, substitute parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repairs.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be offered at a charge.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this will be outside the scope of our warranty.

• Malfunctions or damage caused by improper use by the customer or by dropping the item.
• Damage to consumable materials or parts that require replacement.
• Changes in appearance during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, crystal, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
• Malfunctions or damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or earthquakes.
• Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

＜Eligible Warranty Products＞

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranties, repair is not available, so a return and refund will be offered.
• Accuracy and damage to exterior parts such as the case, strap, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
