[About Watch Warranty]

Functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal usage conditions will be repaired and adjusted free of charge.
The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
Cases, glass, bracelets, leather straps, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
If the manufacturer recommends replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance when you request maintenance after purchase, it will not be covered by our warranty.

Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect use or dropping by the customer.
Damage to consumable parts or components requiring replacement.

Malfunctions and damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or earthquakes.
Malfunctions or damage caused by repair or overhaul performed by a party other than our store.
