• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their age-related changes. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches or size discrepancies resulting from adjustments. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Details＞

• Functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal usage conditions will be repaired or adjusted free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical part (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be handled for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this will not be covered by our warranty.

• Damage to consumable materials or parts that require replacement.

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranties, repair is not available, so returns and refunds will be processed.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
