Even for new, unused items, leather or synthetic leather products may have impressions or creases from storage, but this is not a product defect.
Pre-owned items may have damage not captured in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They will generally have scratches and dirt from use.
Band size adjustments are offered as a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or incorrect sizing. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
If the guarantee contains personal information (of the previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

About Watch Warranty

Functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions will be repaired and adjusted free of charge.
The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
After purchase, if you request maintenance from the manufacturer, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this will not be covered by our warranty.

Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect use by the customer or dropping the item.
When consumable materials or parts are damaged and require replacement.
Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
Malfunctions or damage caused by natural disasters, fires, or seismic activity.
Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
For the 1-month warranty, repair service is not available, so a return and refund will be issued.
Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
No warranty: Products that come with no warranty whatsoever.
