To customers ordering watches:

  • Even for new, unused items, leather or synthetic leather products may show indentations or creases from storage, but this is not a product defect.
  • Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not mentioned in the description; if you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
  • Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for the changes they undergo with age. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
  • For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or incorrect sizing. Furthermore, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
  • If the guarantee includes personal information (of the previous owner), it will be processed to be unreadable.

About Watch Warranty:

  • We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
  • The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
  • The case, crystal, bracelet, leather band, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
  • For products difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
  • When repairing antique and vintage watches, substitute parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
  • After the warranty period, repairs will be handled for a fee.
  • The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
  • If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this will be outside the scope of our warranty.
●The following cases will incur a charge even within the warranty period:
  • Breakdowns or damage caused by incorrect use by the customer or dropping the item.
  • Damage to consumable parts or components requiring replacement.
  • Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, crystal, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
  • Breakdowns and damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or earthquakes.
  • Breakdowns or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed elsewhere than our store.

●Warranty Period
  • 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
  • For the 1-month warranty, repair service is not available, so a return and refund will be provided.
  • Accuracy and failures or damages to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
  • No Warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
