  • Antique and vintage items are products to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They typically have scratches and dirt from use.
  • For band size adjustments, we offer a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches or size discrepancies resulting from adjustments. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
  • If the guarantee contains personal information (of a previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

About Watch Warranty

Warranty Details

  • We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural breakdowns) that occur under normal use free of charge.
  • The warranty covers the mechanical parts (movement) only.
  • Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
  • For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
  • For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
  • After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
  • The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
  • If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this will not be covered by our warranty.
● The following cases will incur a fee even within the warranty period:
  • Breakdowns or damage caused by incorrect use or dropping by the customer.
  • Damage to consumables or consumable parts requiring replacement.
  • Changes in appearance during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
  • Breakdowns or damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or earthquakes.
  • Breakdowns or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed outside our store.

Eligible Warranty Products

Limited to products with a warranty (※Please refer to the product details tab for more information)
● Warranty Period
  • 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
  • For the 1-month warranty, repairs are not possible, so a return and refund will be provided.
  • Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, strap, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
  • No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
