• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for removing links. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches that occur during adjustment or incorrect sizing. Furthermore, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.

＜About Warranty Coverage＞

• We will repair/adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) free of charge under normal use conditions.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• The case, glass, bracelet, and leather strap are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts, rather than genuine parts, may be used during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery to and use within Japan.
• If a manufacturer recommends replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance when you request maintenance after purchase, it will not be covered by our warranty.

• The 1-month warranty does not cover repairs, so returns and refunds will be processed.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
