• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. Please understand that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches or size discrepancies resulting from the adjustment. Furthermore, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.

＜Warranty Details＞

• We will repair or adjust functional malfunctions (natural breakdowns) that occur under normal use conditions, free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If the manufacturer recommends replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance when you request maintenance after purchase, this will not be covered by our warranty.

• The 1-month warranty does not cover repairs and will be handled as a return and refund.

• No Warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
